Hot air tray dryer is also called cabinet dryer. it is stainless steel (ss) tray dryer, can be customized 24 trays, 48 trays, 72 trays, 96 trays, 144 trays, 192 trays according to customers' requirements.
Cabinet tray dryer is a convectional drying equipment with enclosed insulated chambers and trays placed on top of each other in a trolley. The driers are used in processes where drying and heating are a crucial part of the industrial manufacturing process such as in the food products, pharmaceutical, dye stuff, and chemicals manufacturing among others. The materials to be dried are either solid or wet and are placed on the trays.
The hot air tray dryer air circulation system adopts a fan circulation air supply mode, and the air circulation is uniform and efficient. The wind source is driven by the circulating blower to drive the wind wheel through the heater, and the hot air is sent out, and then the air is taken into the oven inner chamber through the air passage, and then the used air is sucked into the air duct to be recirculated and heated.
Application
·It can meet to dry different vegetables such as, root, halm, leaf, tuberos rot,big granule and produce in batch. Meanwhile it can maintain content of nutrition,color,etc of vegetable in most extent.
·The type raw materials are garlic,cushaw,giantarum, while turnip,yam,bamboo shoot, capsicum,onion, apple, etc.
